Our business is not selling filters: it is taking over, for an industrial site, the whole purchasing function that goes with them. The story fits in one sentence — the one the company has been writing since it was founded.
In 1998 Filtres Europe Achats — FEA — was founded on a novel service concept for industry: outsourcing the purchasing function for every filter element found on an industrial site.

The concept
The model rests on a second phrase of the company’s own: a single technical support supplier able to cover the whole requirement. In practice this changes three things on an industrial site.
One contact
You deal with one contact instead of as many suppliers as there are families of filter elements.
One cross-reference index
Linking your own part number, ours and the manufacturer’s. It is what makes it possible to find the right element from a nameplate, an old stores code or a housing taken off the line.
Continuity of supply
On consumables whose shortage stops an installation.
That function covers the four areas within our scope: air filtration, process filtration, engine and machine filtration, and custom builds. It covers consumables, not installations.
